Giex Estate Homes conducts independent engineering inspections on every step of the building process. From preparing the lot for building, testing the soil to insure soil stability, to developing full engineering plans for the foundation, framing and roof. Every phase of the building process is inspected including electrical, plumbing and final finish-out.
During the entire construction process GIEX Estate Homes keeps extensive documentation including copies of the inspection reports and permits that have been issued. We also take a photographic record of all phases of construction. We make all of this documentation available to our custom home owners. From soil testing to final finish-out, our homeowner has the added assurance of knowing each step of the building process was performed correctly.
